Since its foundation in 2002, the main aspects of Aqua Brand’s Company activities have been the design and construction of water bodies of varying complexity - fountains and pools. In 2013, we had the opportunity to take part in the realization of an ambitious project to create a fountain complex at the station square in Kazan. The developers of the concept suggested using pavement with hidden electrical wiring as the most reliable alternative.

Practice has shown the fallacy of calculations. Paving with wiring was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to lay. During construction, the integrity of the wires was repeatedly broken. Adverse weather conditions hindered installation due to the difficulty of isolating contacts in rainy weather.

The idea of ​​using "glowing stones" came to our liking. But for reasons of complexity and high cost of installation, we decided to abandon the wires in favor of wireless LED blocks. Oddly enough, the company's engineers could not find products that combine impeccable quality and reasonable price. After a long search, a compromise was found in China.

But the pilot batches showed that after six months or a year of operation, the glass began to turn yellow and ceased to let in sunlight, which in turn prevented the battery from recharging. As a result, LED pavement stopped performing its main function - lighting. Non-replaceable battery also severely limited the service life of products.

As a result, taking into account all the pros and cons of the models present on the market, our company began to develop its own LED pavers. It took two years. We are grateful to the scientists of the Kazan State Energy University, who created equipment for testing the quality of paving stones. The glass case for it is supplied by one of the enterprises of the Russian military industry, which unequivocally speaks of the quality and reliability. Without a doubt, the remaining components are fully consistent with high standards. All this allows us to provide a two-year warranty on products.
